You become what you habitually do.

Habit Reflection Dr. Cameron Thompson

Who you are, the kind of person you really are, is deeply and intimately shaped by what you habitually do. What you do shapes who you become. Not influences you, not affects you, but actually and actively shapes you. If you habitually bend the truth, you in fact become a deceitful person; if you habitually look out for the needs of others, you in fact become a generous person. The kind of person you are is called your ‘character’. Character is made of your habits, virtuous or vicious.

What kind of person are you? Really? You have the power to change your character. Why not begin now?
