Welcome.

Hi! My name is Cameron Thompson, and my whole life has been dedicated to the pursuit of authenticity and the renewal of culture, both within ourselves as persons and as a society in need of healing. I earned an MA in Anthropology (Catholic Studies) at the University of St. Thomas, and my Doctorate in Psychology from Touro University.

I am co-author of the Daily Structured Journal: A 30 Day Journey to a Better You; and author of The Way of Peace: A Guide for Living Well; and Rules for Gentlemen: A Code of Chivalry among other books and articles.

As an anthropologist and Doctor of Psychology, my focus is on culture and leadership development. In my coaching and training work my skills-based approach helps leaders and high performers to develop the habits and traits necessary for excellence in being and effectiveness in action.

As a member of the Virtuous Leadership Institute, I am part of a movement to transform the way we approach leadership and culture in all sectors of society. By calling people on to a higher standard of excellence and igniting hearts and minds to a powerful desire and capacity for authentic leadership as a way of life, my vision is to raise up a new generation of virtuous men and women capable of leading others to achieve true greatness and transforming life, culture, and business in a way that enables them not only to survive but to flourish as human persons in a rapidly changing world.
